A customer or sales representative enters a property address. The system retrieves satellite imagery for that location, and computer vision models read the roof structure, returning area, dimensions, pitch, and complexity as numbers the estimate can use.

How an Address Becomes a Priced Estimate

The chain runs in one direction. An address returns satellite imagery. Computer vision models read the roof and output geometry. Geometry converts to material quantities using product rules. Quantities meet labor rates and pricing rules to produce a quote. The quote becomes a proposal, and an approved proposal becomes the project record that crews and customers both work from.

Each step writes to the same PostgreSQL records, so changing a material updates quantity, price, and proposal together. .NET services hold the calculation rules in one place rather than in each screen. React covers the office tools and React Native covers job-site use, where crews need attendance and task updates to work from a phone.
